运营与同意

USLife88（华人大家帮）由 R&J BROTHERS TRADING LLC 运营。本协议适用于同意后提交的内容；仅浏览本页不表示同意。请在注册或发布界面阅读并主动同意。不同意时可取消该操作。

内容权利与有限授权

你保留原创内容的版权。你确认自己拥有所提交文字、图片、音频、视频等内容的必要权利，并已取得涉及他人肖像、隐私或作品的必要许可。对于你同意本协议后提交的内容，你授予运营方非独占、免许可费、全球范围的有限许可，仅为提供本平台服务而存储、复制、传输、按你选择的可见范围展示，以及进行必要的格式转换和内容审核。我们可让托管和存储服务商在此范围内处理内容。本许可不转让版权，也不授权我们将内容用于平台外广告或独立出售。

可见范围与删除

公开帖子可被他人查看、转发；私密交流不因本协议变为公开。你可使用可用的删除功能或联系客服申请移除。内容从线上移除后停止日常展示；备份、安全及依法所需的记录可能按隐私政策保留，第三方已保存的副本可能不受我们控制。本协议不会自动追溯授权历史内容；历史内容如需补充授权，将另行取得。

社区规则

禁止侵权、色情、儿童性剥削、威胁、仇恨、骚扰、诈骗、泄露他人隐私及其他违法内容。不要上传未经许可的新闻全文、电影、音乐或他人照片。平台可审查、限制或删除违规内容，并限制或终止违规账户。

举报与联系

如发现侵权或有害内容，请使用可用的举报功能或发送邮件至 uslife88888@gmail.com，说明帖子链接、问题及相关依据。平台将核查并处理。生活信息需自行核实；遇到紧急危险请拨打 911。

隐私与更新

个人信息处理见隐私政策。涉及内容授权的重大变更将提示你重新同意；本次授权范围不会因单方面更新而自动扩大。

Operator and acceptance

USLife88 is operated by R&J BROTHERS TRADING LLC. These terms apply to content submitted after acceptance. Viewing this page alone is not acceptance. Read and affirmatively accept in the registration or publishing interface, or cancel the action.

Your rights and limited license

You retain copyright in your original content. You confirm that you hold the rights and permissions needed for submitted text, images, audio and video, including other people’s works, likeness and privacy. For content submitted after acceptance, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license solely to provide this platform: store, copy, transmit, display within your chosen audience, perform necessary format conversion and moderate content. Hosting and storage providers may process it within that scope. Copyright is not transferred. This does not authorize off-platform advertising or standalone sale of your content.

Visibility and removal

Public posts may be viewed and shared. Private communications do not become public under these terms. Use available deletion controls or contact support for removal. Routine display ends when content is removed from the live service; backups and records needed for security or legal obligations may remain under the privacy policy. Copies saved by others may be beyond our control. These terms do not retroactively license earlier content; any additional authorization for that content must be obtained separately.

Community rules

Do not submit infringing, pornographic, child sexual exploitation, threatening, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, privacy-invasive or other unlawful content. Do not upload news articles, movies, music or other people’s photos without necessary permission. We may review, restrict or remove violations and restrict or terminate offending accounts.

Reports and contact

Use available reporting controls or email uslife88888@gmail.com with the content link, issue and supporting information. We will review and address reports. Verify community information independently. Call 911 for emergencies.

Privacy and changes

See the privacy policy for personal information handling. Material changes to the content license will require renewed acceptance; a unilateral update does not automatically expand this license.

USLife88 es operado por R&J BROTHERS TRADING LLC. Estas condiciones se aplican al contenido enviado después de aceptarlas. Leer esta página no equivale a aceptarlas. Acéptalas expresamente al registrarte o publicar, o cancela la operación.

Derechos y licencia limitada

Conservas los derechos de autor de tu contenido original. Confirmas que tienes los derechos y permisos necesarios sobre textos, imágenes, audio y video, incluidas obras, imagen y privacidad de otras personas. Para contenido enviado después de aceptar, otorgas al operador una licencia no exclusiva, gratuita y mundial únicamente para prestar este servicio: almacenar, copiar, transmitir, mostrar al público que elijas, convertir formatos cuando sea necesario y moderar. Los proveedores de alojamiento y almacenamiento pueden tratar el contenido dentro de ese alcance. No transfieres tus derechos ni autorizas publicidad fuera de la plataforma o la venta independiente de tu contenido.

Visibilidad y eliminación

Las publicaciones públicas pueden verse y compartirse. Las comunicaciones privadas no se vuelven públicas por estas condiciones. Usa las opciones de eliminación disponibles o contacta con soporte. Al retirar el contenido del servicio activo cesa su exhibición habitual; pueden conservarse copias de seguridad y registros necesarios por seguridad u obligaciones legales conforme a la política de privacidad. No controlamos las copias guardadas por terceros. Estas condiciones no autorizan retroactivamente contenido anterior; cualquier autorización adicional se obtendrá por separado.

Reglas de comunidad

Se prohíben infracciones de derechos, pornografía, explotación sexual infantil, amenazas, odio, acoso, fraude, invasión de privacidad y contenido ilegal. No subas artículos, películas, música o fotos ajenas sin permiso. Podemos revisar, limitar o eliminar contenido infractor y restringir o cancelar cuentas infractoras.

Usa las opciones de reporte disponibles o escribe a uslife88888@gmail.com con el enlace, el problema y la información pertinente. Revisaremos y atenderemos los reportes. Verifica la información por tu cuenta. En emergencias llama al 911.

Privacidad y cambios

Consulta la política de privacidad. Los cambios sustanciales en la licencia requerirán una nueva aceptación; una actualización unilateral no amplía automáticamente esta licencia.
